1. Standard: 1 Mile / 5000 RVR

2.  RVV  1/4 SM or RVR 1600 provided at least ONE is available:
(a)  HIRL
(b)  Centerline Lights (CL)
(c)  Centerline Marking (RCLM)
(d)  Adequate Visual Reference

Touchdown Zone RVR 1200
Rollout RVR 1000
Providing ALL are available:
(a)  Centerline Lights (CL)
(b)  Two operative RVR reporting systems.

TDZE RVR      600
Mid RVR          600
Rollout RVR     600

Providing ALL are available:
(a)  Centerline Lights (CL)
(b)  Centerline Markings (RCLM)
(c)  Operative touchdown zone and rollout RVR reporting systems, both of which are controlling.  If one of the three RVR systems has failed, a takeoff is authorized, providing the remaining RVR values are at or above the appropriate takeoff minimums.

3. As listed in the DP if Climb Gradient
    can be be maintained.

4.  As listed in "Other" Box if Climb
    Gradient cannot be maintained.

5. When "Higher than Standard Takeoff Minimums" (ceiling & visibility) are the only published minimums for the runway to be used, they shall be used.
