NORM Position:
Displays 2700' Above/Below

Above/Below Position:
An additional 4300' to the NORM

* These are display functions only. TCAS monitors 7000' above/below the aircraft at all times.

Solid Yellow Circle (TA)  When intruder aircraft is 20 to 48 seconds from Closest Point of Approach (CPA), depending on altitude.

Solid Red Square (RA)   Alert and Maneuver Guidance information.  Issued when a threat aircraft is 15 to 35 seconds from CPA, depending on altitude.

Solid Cyan or White Diamond (Proximate Traffic)
An intruder less than 6 NM away and within  ±1200 feet from your aircraft and not currently a potential
conflict.

Open Cyan or White Diamond (Proximate Traffic)   Other traffic; beyond 6 NM and/or greater than ±1200 feet from own aircraft.

Resolution Advisory Annunciations
Maneuver should begin within 5 seconds.

Increased Action Resolution Advisory Annunciations  Maneuver should begin with 2½ seconds.
