LANDING
Required landing distance must be within 60% of required runway length IAW flight manual
(FAR Part 135 flights)
If Weather is below 3/4 mile or 4,000 RVR - Increase landing distance by 15%
High Minimums Captain - Increase landing by: 100' to DH/MDA and 1/2 mile to landing visibility
No Land-Hold-Short Clearances Accepted
Landing Minimums
PIC Shall not begin an instrument approach procedure when the visibility conditions are reported to be less than 3/4 SM or RVR 4000, unless the following conditions are met:
(a) 15% additional runway is available over the landing field length specified.
(b) Precision instrument runway markings or runway centerline lights are operational on that runway.
Circling Maneuvers:
Highest of the Following:
(a) Minimums specified in the approach procedure.
(b) 450 HAA 1 1/2 SM Visibility
Operate Below DH / MDA
The pilot may not descend below 100 feet above the touchdown zone elevation using the approach lights as a reference unless the red terminating bars or the red side row bars are also distinctly visible and
identifiable. (FAR Part 91.175)
No pilot may land that aircraft when the flight visibility is less than the visibility prescribed in the standard approach procedure
