CREW ASSIGNMENTS

(a) The PIC must have 50 hours in type

(b) SIC <50 hours in type, Right Seat Only - No Passengers

(c) SIC >50 hours in type, may fly from the Left Seat -  No Passengers

(d)  PIC/SIC > 75 hours in type, either pilot may perform PF duties (fly the airplane) from their respective seats on a passenger flight

In instances where both pilots have a current "duty assignment" of PIC, the designated PIC for a flight may authorize the other PIC-qualified crewmember to fly any leg (perform PF duties) from either pilot seat without restriction.


If the SIC has less than 100 hours of flight time inType, the PIC shall make all takeoffs and landings:
 
  * Landing at destnation airport under provisions of DAAP
 
  * Prevailing Visibility at or below 3/4 mile or RVR 4000

  * Runway has Water, Snow, Slush, Ice or similar contamination
 
  * Braking Action less than "Good"
 
  * Crosswind Component >15 knots
 
  * Any situation determined by the PIC
