An instrument approach shall not be commenced when the visibility conditions are reported to be less than ¾ statue mile or RVR 4000, unless these is 15% additional runway length available over the landing field length required (destination only), and precision instrument (all weather) runway markings or centerline lights are operational on the runway to be used.

Category I Approach

Authorized to perform 1800 RVR ILS operations without TDZ/CL lights when utilizing FD/AP with approach coupled.

When Eexecuting any straight-in, Cat I IAP, TDZ RVR (Only) is controlling when available.  A Mid-RVR may be substituted if the TDZ RVR is not available.

If no "controlling" RVR is available, reported visibility shall be controlling.
